September 28th, 2007: - Samuel went back on Sunday, but already want to return in his native country. "The people are so poor there,", "You don't realize the poverty until you go over and see it," Samuel said.

August 27th, 2007: - Canada finished third in Group B, today they will play against Uruguay at 2:30PM (EST), tomorrow against Argentina, Mexico on 29th and Puerto Rico on 30th.



August 26th, 2007: - Samuel and National Canada Team lost against the USA, 113-63 . Only 5pts and 2rbs in 22min for Samuel.
Canada finished with 6pts, and is qualified for the quarter final round.



August 25th, 2007: - Canada won again, 93-83 against Virgin Islands. 15pts 8rbs 5blks for Samuel, in 34min.



August 24th, 2007: - with 18pts 8rbs and 5blks in 28min, Samuel helped his team to win against Venezuela, 80-73.



August 23rd, 2007: - first game and first defeat for Canada, 75-67 against Brazil. 10pts 10rbs 2blks for Samuel in 24min.



August 8th, 2007: - Samuel became the latest member of Canada’s Senior Men’s National Basketball Team today after becoming a Canadian citizen.
“I wanted to join the Canadian Team in 2003 but had a surgery and out for their season and so it didn’t work out,” said Samuel. “But in the back of my mind I knew I always wanted to play for Canada and this time it worked out and just seemed to fit. To have the chance to play in the Olympics is really something special.”
