September 22th, 2004: - Todd MacCullogh announced today his retirement



September 20th, 2004: - Josh Davis was signed by the 76ers yesterday.

September 8th, 2004: - according to a Boston website, Jim O'Brien, 76ers coach, would have said that he has been "particulary impressed" with Samuel (full article here).



August 7th, 2004: - yesterday, the 76ers introduced (press conference: audio) their newest acquisition, Corliss Williamson.His interview here.



August 5th, 2004: - Philadelphia 76ers President and General Manager Billy King announced today that the Sixers have acquired forward Corliss Williamson and an undisclosed amount of cash in exchange for forward Derrick Coleman and center Amal McCaskill.



July 24-27th, 2004: - Samuel Dalembert's interview (video 3.1MB) and many photos of Samuel at the "Basketball Without Borders Europe" camp (photos 1, 2, 3, 4, 5).



July 24th, 2004: - Samuel Dalembert with the Canadian Team? Interrogated by a fan (read the complete chat), Samuel said he wants to be in the Canadian Team (his mother is Canadian and his sister is Canadian). He tried, but he "couldn't get the paperwork together in time." But maybe "in the future"...



July 23th, 2004: - yesterday, Samuel Dalembert joined "Basketball Without Borders" in Trevise to promote HIV/AIDS education and prevention with European youth.



July 22th, 2004: -  Kedric Brown and Kevin Ollie were introduced yesterday.



July 20th, 2004: - the Sixers traded Eric Snow to Cleveland for Kedric Brown and Kevin Ollie.

July 15th, 2004: - it's official, the Sixers have signed Brian Skinner.



July 11, 2004: - last loss in the Summer League for the Sixers, 110-69 against the Bucks (recap, box score). The 76ers finished their week in the Minnesota Summer League with a 1-4 record.



July 10th, 2004: - the 76ers lost against the Bobcats 96-81(recap, box score).



July 9th, 2004: - third game in the Summer League, second loss for the Sixers, 88-80 against the Toronto Raptors (recap, box score).
- with Mark Blount agreed with the Celtics, Brian Skinner (6-9, lbs, power forward/center) was the top-priority on free-agent market. Yesterday, he agreed with the Sixers for $25M in 5 years. Even with Skinner in the roster, Samuel should stay starter next year.

July 8th, 2004: - second game, first loss for the Sixers against the Pistons: 75-67 (recap, box score).



July 7th, 2004: - first 76ers game in this Summer League: they defeated the Wolves 79-67 (recap, box score).



July 6th, 2004: - After Kyle Korver's injury, Samuel could play this Summer League but according to Jim O'Brien and Billy King, he decided that he didn't want to participate on the summer-league team.



July 3rd, 2004 : - finally, with Summer League rosters limited to just three NBA veterans (Sixers roster already include Kyle Korver, Wilie Green and John Salmons), Samuel won't be participating.



July 1st, 2004 - Samuel will participate in the next Summer League in Minneapolis. The Sixers will play against the Wolves (July 6), the Pistons (July 7), the Raptors (July 8), the Bobcats (July 9) and the Bucks (July 10). Full 76ers roster here.



June 25th, 2004:  - in the 2004 draft, the Philadelphia 76ers selected Andre Iguodala (N° 9 overall), shooting guard or small forward ( 6-7, 210 lbs) from Arizona. For many NBA experts, Iguodala is a steal for the Sixers at the ninth overall pick ( in espn.com's mock draft, he was 4th and in nba.com's mock draft, he was third).



June 23th, 2004  -  The Charlotte Bobcats picked 19 players, but nobody in Sixers' team.



June 22th, 2004  - crazy trade rumors, Chicago Bulls' N° 3 overall selection and center Tyson Chandler for Samuel and Philadelphia' N°9...
